St. Louis City jury rules in favor of Ford in rollover crash lawsuit

A more than two-week trial over a fiery crash ended with a resounding victory for Ford. The family of a 15-year-old boy killed in the crash will end up with $200,000, a jury decided. But jurors found the driver, who had been drinking, was 80 percent at fault. They said the boy, riding in the back of the vehicle, held 20 percent of the blame. Ford Motor Co. was not liable for the accident, they held after deliberating for about three hours and ruling late Wednesday.
