Class action suit claims to find something the iPhone can’t do

A potential class action lawsuit in St. Louis County alleges that Apple and AT&T Mobility misled consumers about the iPhone's capability to send picture and video text messages. Attorneys Tim Engelmeyer and Joel Schwartz filed the lawsuit. “See, if I try to text this picture to you, it doesn't work,” Schwartz says as he demonstrates in his office in Clayton on Monday. AT&T is the only cellular carrier for the iPhone. Apple and AT&T sell the iPhone in both of their stores.
