The city of Arnold will receive another windfall of $473,499 with the settlement of the AT&T landlines lawsuit. Arnold is a putative class member in the lawsuit to recover unpaid business license taxes from AT&T Missouri a.k.a. Southwestern Bell Telephone for telecommunication services.
