Large law firm partners once waited until after they got their end-of-the-year bonuses or profit distributions to switch firms. Not anymore. In the past three months, at least eight Missouri partners at MOney 20 firms have jumped ship, reversing a pre-recession pattern of springtime exits. Bankruptcy lawyer David Warfield (pictured) grabbed a position at Thompson Coburn on Oct. 1, moving to the firm after more than 20 years at Husch Blackwell Sanders.
