Black drivers still stopped more often

Attorney General Chris Koster presents the 2009 Vehicle Stop Report, which gives demographic information on drivers pulled over by police, at a press conference at The Old Post Office in downtown St. Louis. Results from a 10th annual state report that analyzes racial trends in traffic stops found that blacks are 70 percent more likely to be pulled over by police than whites - and that the likelihood has consistently grown since the study's inception.
