A Missouri Supreme Court opinion issued Tuesday was notable for what it did not do: Return state workers' compensation caselaw to its pre-2005 state. The court ruled that a highway worker can't get compensation for his knee injury. The injury occurred while he was walking at the job site, but nothing at the site caused his knee to pop.
