The dust of the Central West End's San Luis building has settled and been cleared away, but the determined Friends of the San Luis aren't done fighting. More than nine months after Judge Robert Dierker Jr. dismissed with prejudice the Friends' petition to stop demolition of the apartment building for lack of standing in St. Louis Circuit Court, the Friends' attorneys presented oral arguments at the Missouri Court of Appeals Eastern District.
