Read More »A class action lawsuit against Applebee's appears to be heading to trial in federal court. In a series of orders this week, U.S. District Judge Nanette K. Laughrey declined to decertify the class of more than 5,500 current and former servers and bartenders who say they were forced to perform work for which they couldn't collect tips. The judge also admitted most of the testimony from the plaintiffs' experts.
