A longtime St. Charles County builder is in the process of losing his residential and commercial properties to foreclosure.<br?

Don Collier Jr., owner of the Collier Organization Inc. and Triad Development, had been in the homebuilding business since 1993, and entered into the commercial retail and office building business in the early 1990s, according to the business' Web site. His wife, Cindy, is vice president, and his son, Donald Jr., joined the company in 2001.
