History restored

History buffs now have a new treasure trove of firsthand documents in St. Louis city. Secretary of State Robin Carnahan and St. Louis Circuit Clerk Mariano Favazza announced Wednesday that more than 11,200 old cases from St. Louis Circuit Court are now available to the public. The case files cover the Civil War era, 1866 through 1868.
