12th Circuit judge awaits his successor

Associate Circuit Judge Wesley Dalton, who becomes the 12th Judicial Circuit’s presiding judge in January, hopes Gov. Jay Nixon appoints his replacement soon.

“I’ve already set (his or her) dockets for January and February,” he said.
