A federal grand jury has indicted Jimmy Tebeau, who has for years run a series of outdoor music festivals in southern Missouri that critics complain were the scene of rampant illegal drug use. The Thursday indictment charges Tebeau with a felony count of operating premises for the facilitation of illegal drug use, and it makes a forfeiture claim on the 330-acre campground in Shannon County. Among the site’s events are Schwagstock, named after Tebeau’s Grateful Dead tribute band, The Schwag.
