Peter Dunne directs the cast of the 2009 Lawyers Association Gridiron Show through the final steps of their opening number during rehearsal Tuesday night in the basement of The Church of the Immacolata in Richmond Heights.

The annual show will be held on Friday, Nov. 20 at the Chase Park Plaza Hotel's Khorassan Room.

Last month, Kevin Mock, co-sales manager of the family-owned business, said the dealership was pursuing legal action against the automaker for unfairly terminating their franchise. His father, Frank Mock, the dealership’s president and owner, went even further, saying this is the result of a “vendetta” Chrysler has with Century.

The dedication ceremony of Harriet's Hill in Greenwood Cemetery near St. Louis took place Tuesday morning with the unveiling of a new tombstone for Harriet Robinson Scott, wife of Dred Scott. Lynne Jackson, center, is the great-great-grandaughter of the subjects of Missouri's most infamous case. Assisting her is Ruth Ann Hager, left, a genealogist with the St. Louis County Library who confirmed the site, and Etta Daniels, right, executive director of the Friends of Greenwood Cemetery.

President Barack Obama marked his 100th day in office holding a town hall meeting Wednesday morning in the Fox High School gymnasium in Arnold. After addressing the packed room, Obama took questions on subjects ranging from jobs to education to health care to the environment. Arnold-based Warren Sign Co. installed the 9-foot-high letters for a 94-foot-long Greensfelder sign last week on the south side of Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale's headquarters at 10 S. Broadway. Baseball fans can see the sign from the new Busch Stadium in downtown St. Louis. The law firm, which re-upped its lease in 2006, had been negotiating since for rights to put up the sign.
