All of the school district bond issues were approved, including one for the Crystal City School District for a bond issue of $500,000. It won with 73 percent of the vote and only needed 57.1 percent. The Grandview R-II School District bond issue for $1.7 million was just barely approved with 57.3 percent of the vote. Also, the Festus R-VI School District won by 61.9 percent for its $5 million bond issue.
