Diane Keefe
Diane J. Keefe has joined Armstrong Teasdale’s health care practice group at the firm’s St. Louis office.
Keefe maintains a general transactional and regulatory practice, working primarily with hospitals, physicians, physician groups and other healthcare providers and suppliers. She advises clients on a variety of complex legal problems from compliance and business transactions to operational and management issues.
Keefe also handles concerns relating to the development of hospital and nursing home policies and procedures; Stark law, anti-kickback, Medicare/Medicaid compliance, EMTALA, HIPAA/HITECH, medical records disclosures, employment and other issues pertaining to the health care sector.
She earned her J.D. from the Saint Louis University School of Law.
