It's a business arrangement that dates back nearly 60 years, and a court fight that's been going since 2002, over a century-old train engine. The St. Louis County Museum of Transportation and a historic railway organization can't agree on who's in charge of a 1905 locomotive. The New Jersey-based railway group permanently loaned the train piece to the museum in 1953 but several years ago asked for it back and was rebuffed.
