Jay Nixon on Tuesday vetoed a bill involving insurance insolvency proceedings, citing what he said were “drafting errors.” HB1763 regulated large deductible workers' compensation policies, an insurance product that obligates insurers to pay an injured worker's claim in full and then seek reimbursement from the insured for the deductible amount.
