Federal judge allows whistleblower suit over post-firing SEC complaints

A fired employee who complained about his employer’s alleged violations of the securities laws could sue the employer pursuant to the whistleblower provisions of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
