Katherine Smith
Katherine M. Smith has joined Reeg Lawyers, a corporate litigation defense law firm headquartered in Clayton.
Smith has extensive litigation experience in cases involving both first and third-party insurance law. She is routinely called upon by insurers for her comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Missouri’s Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law and Missouri’s Valued Policy Statutes. Smith is also regularly retained by national insurance companies to defend their insureds in cases involving personal injury, construction and premises liability.
Prior to joining Reeg Lawyers, Smith was a senior associate with a large defense law firm in downtown St. Louis. A 2005 graduate of the Saint Louis University School of Law, Smith earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton. She is admitted to practice in Missouri.
