St. Louis police commissioners violated open meetings law, suit says

Activist John Chasnoff is suing the St. Louis Board of Police Commissioners — again.

The lawsuit, filed Wednesday in the St. Louis Circuit Court, alleges the board violated Missouri’s Sunshine Law when it voted in an April 20, 2011, closed meeting to close internal records related to an investigation into the World Series ticket scandal of 2006.
