St. Louis Circuit Court amends local rule on signature stamps

The St. Louis Circuit Court amended a local rule governing clerks’ use of judges’ signature stamps on Monday, about five months after Associate Circuit Judge Barbara Peebles’ clerk handled hundreds of cases with her stamp while the judge was out of the country.
