Prosecutor to appeal court’s decision requiring warrant for DWI blood draw

Prosecutor Swingle will ask U.S. Supreme Court to review

In Minnesota, police who pull over suspected drunken drivers may order their blood drawn without a warrant, but go south into Iowa or now Missouri, and they can’t.That’s the kind of division that the U.S. Supreme Court might agree to resolve.
