State Supreme Court hears arguments over tax credit law

The Missouri Supreme Court heard arguments Wednesday about whether taxpayers have standing to challenge the constitutionality of the Distressed Land Assemblage Tax Credit Act. The act is what allowed developer Paul McKee and his Northside Regeneration to receive $28 million in tax credits in the past two years for his plan to redevelop a large swath of North St. Louis.
