Funding for more I-70 improvements approved

Work on construction of a new interchange at Interstate 70 and Mid Rivers Mall Drive is scheduled to begin next year. The interchange, along with the construction of additional westbound I-70 lanes in the area, should eliminate the bottleneck of I-70 traffic that occurs during the evening rush hour, according to St. Charles County officials.
