Judge orders $670,000 paid to Truman Bank

Distressed property company Bellington Realty’s largest affiliate is once again the target of litigation in St. Louis County Circuit Court. Eighteen Investments has been named as a defendant in two lawsuits and has had a more than half-million dollar judgment entered against it in a suit filed in 2010.
