There wasn’t much of a fight for Missouri Lawyers Media top online story of the year, perhaps because the winner involved an actual brawl.

“Man beaten by Raiders fan settles suit against Kansas City Chiefs” was the clear victor in the battle for online story supremacy in 2010. After Alyson Raletz’s blog post was linked to popular sports and news sites, it was able to easily ward off challenges from posts about Missouri Supreme Court handdowns, incumbents in the judiciary losing elections and the South Butt saga.
