Cottleville attorney isn’t trapped penniless in Spain; don’t send money

Someone last week hacked into Brent Lance’s, left, Yahoo! e-mail account, and sent bogus e-mails late Thursday afternoon to everyone the attorney had listed in his address book. The subject line read “Emergency,” and the e-mail, purportedly from Lance, said he had lost his wallet and was stranded in Spain without any money or credit cards.
