U.S. Navy veteran Keevey Davis raises a new American flag Tuesday outside the St. Louis Juvenile Detention Center with the help of fellow veterans Rodney Smith, who served in the U.S. Marine Corps, and Gus Buttice, a deputy sheriff who served in the U.S. Army. St. Louis Circuit Court Judge Jimmie Edwards gave a speech at the flag raising event to recognize employees of the Family Court who are veterans.
