Arbitration appeal gets full-court treatment

William Hanna, of Stinson Morrison Hecker, argues on Wednesday before the entire Missouri Court of Appeals Western District in a case that examines arbitration contracts. It was the first time all 11 of the current judges on the court had heard a case together. Hearing the case, from left to right, are Judges Cindy Martin, Mark Pfeiffer, James Welsh, Vic Howard, James Smart Jr., Chief Judge Lisa Hardwick, Joseph Ellis, Tom Newton, Alok Ahuja, Karen King Mitchell and Gary Witt.
