A federal judge in St. Louis sentenced BetonSports founder Gary Kaplan to 51 months in prison. Assuming he qualifies for good-time credits, he'll serve just 85 percent of that sentence, and then he's also expected to receive credit for the 31 months he's already spent in jail.
