Fraud recovery pace likely to slow

The Missouri Attorney General's Office has collected a recording-setting $77 million this year for Medicaid fraud. But Attorney General Chris Koster said he isn't so sure his office would be able to maintain those high amounts of recovery.

"If the pharmaceutical companies change their practices, then we'll have to go back to finding fraud the hard way," he said. "I love seeing the big collection numbers, but I'm not so sure that it will always be this way."
