Lawyer worked with feds in arrest of railway union head

Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen local Kansas City chair Bill Paalhar leads the union's monthly meeting at Argosy Casino in Riverside on Wednesday. The labor union’s president, Edward W. Rodzwicz, was arrested and charged this week after allegedly taking bribes from a St. Louis attorney, who was part of a federal investigation.
