AG's office says fund can't afford any more this year

The long-predicted insolvency of the Second Injury Fund has finally caught up with the state. The Missouri Attorney General's Office issued a brief memo to attorneys this week, saying "effective immediately, unless an offer has been previously accepted, all Second Injury Fund offers are withdrawn."
