President Casinos Inc., former owner of the President Casino on the Mississippi River in St. Louis, won a $42 million judgment against Columbia Sussex Corp., which backed out of a deal to buy the casino.
President Casinos Inc. went through bankruptcy proceedings, and the money will be deposited in a liquidation fund for distribution to the remaining creditors.
