Gov. Nixon accepts El-Amin’s resignation

Gov. Jay Nixon announced Wednesday that he received State Rep. Talibdin "T.D." El-Amin's resignation. El-Amin pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court last week to accepting a total of $2,100 in cash bribes.
