Cardiothoracic Surgery Associates has filed a legal malpractice lawsuit against the St. Louis firm Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, alleging the firm had a conflict of interest when it was the former general counsel for CSA and then represented a contrary party in the lawsuit. The petition alleges that Greensfelder had breached its fiduciary duty to CSA when it represented SSM Healthcare, St. Louis - using information that it gained as CSA's general counsel against the association. Broadway. Baseball fans can see the sign from the new Busch Stadium in downtown St. Louis. The law firm, which re-upped its lease in 2006, had been negotiating since for rights to put up the sign.
