Court removes gay sex conviction from offender registry

A Missouri appeals court on Tuesday said a man caught during a sting on homosexual sex at a St. Louis rest stop in 1988 doesn’t have to register as a sex offender because the crime he pleaded guilty to is no longer a crime.
